Return Policy

At PrintHutt, all products are custom-made and manufactured specially on customer order. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for custom order products once the order has been processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Please share clear photographs or an unboxing video showing the issue along with the product packaging for verification.

  1. Products damaged during shipping are eligible for replacement after verification.
  2. Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
  3. Minor color variations may occur because of screen and print calibration differences.

Non-Returnable Items

  1. Customized or personalized products
  2. Used or damaged products caused after delivery
  3. Products without original packaging

Replacement Process

To request a replacement, contact our support team with your order ID and issue details. After verification, eligible replacements will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
